Moustiers-Sainte-Marie is a wonderful village nested at the western entrance of the Verdon Gorge ☀️.

Growing up, we would go to the Sainte-Croix Lake with my family and my jaw would drop each time the road would give us the view of this fantasy-like village 🥺.

I wanted to have a simplified/stylized illustration of the iconic view we can see in pictures, while trying to have some fun with colours to give a dreamy vibe

Use 2 strands of floss for every color
You can replace the DMC Light Effects for the suspended star with three 3823 stitches and one 3865 stitch on the left to add a reflection!
